Jon Spriggs, sometimes known as Jon The Nice Guy, has worked for over 20 years in the IT Industry, working in service desks, on site desktop support, server support, network security and cloud automation. Most recently, he’s started working for DICE.fm as a Site Reliability Engineer.
Outside of work, Jon podcasts with The Admin Admin Podcast and was the coder behind the automated daily podcast CCHits.net, is a father, an occasional (bad) programmer, an Open Source evangelist, a geek and a Radio Amateur. He’s also guest hosted on several other podcasts and spoken at conferences.
